1. Online -Choose an item from one of our selections. Using the drop-down box, choose whether you want to ship the item to yourself or someone else. Then click the Add To Cart button. If the recipient is someone else, you will be prompted to enter a nickname (ex.John) and the recipeint's address. When finished, click the Add Ship To button at the bottom. Note: The system will remember your recipient's address and you will see their nickname added to the drop-down box for ship-to information. Each time you add a new item you will see an item review.. You can choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout. When your cart is full, proceed to checkout where you will be prompted for your billing address and payment information. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Your information will be processed through our secure server.

Shipping & Delivery Information

Order Early
To help ensure delivery of your gifts prior to major Holidays, please have your orders to us by the following dates:

Thanksgiving - November 14th
Christmas – December 14th
Valentine’s Day – February 5th
Easter – March 28th

We can deliver Holiday orders after these dates, but expedited shipment methods available will be required at additional cost.

Standard Shipping
Shipping & handling charges are additional to catalog product prices, and are based on the merchandise value to each shipping address (see below). We ship via UPS and U.S. Mail whenever possible. Please allow 5-7 working days from the time we receive your order for standard delivery. We make every effort to ship according to your instructions. Occasionally, we may have to ship items separately even though they were ordered together.

Important Gift Information
Please be sure to indicate “Greetings From” in the space provided on the Order Form. Your personal message will be printed on card insert (maximum: 36 characters) enclosed with your gift recipient’s package. Please ensure your gift list is current and up to date (no P.O. boxes, please). We cannot be responsible for lost or spoiled product shipments due to inaccurate shipping addresses provided to us. Additional charges will be incurred for re-routing of any orders.

Prices shown in this catalog are each, and are valid through August 31, 2010. Price discounts (product specials, corporate orders & website special offers) cannot be combined.

State Sales Tax
North Carolina state tax law requires payment of tax on all shipments sent to or from North Carolina addresses. Please add 2% of merchandise value when ordering from or shipping to North Carolina.
